Wiregrass Reading Council Promotes Literacy

During a meeting of the Wiregrass Reading Council, Troy University Elementary Education Instructor JoAnn McFarland of Dothan demonstrates shared reading. Dressed in costume, McFarland offers techniques for motivating young learners. The Wiregrass Reading Council meets monthly on the Dothan Campus.
