Richard M. Hough, Sr.
Adjunct Instructor of Criminal Justice

Richard Hough joined the Troy University faculty in 1996 as an adjunct instructor of criminal justice. He has extensive law enforcement experience as a police officer, sheriff’s deputy and administrator. He served as superintendent of the Okaloosa Regional Juvenile Detention Center and as senior management analyst of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.

He is currently working on his doctorate in public administration at the University of West Florida. Hough holds the master of public administration from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a bachelor’s degree in public administration from the University of South Florida.
