Benefit to the University 43 seconds Housing on campus and in the Troy community is at a premium at this point. We have far more students who want to live on campus than we can accommodate. So, I think it will accommodate the growth that’s there. It will provide students a quality environment – a beautiful environment. This 24 million dollar project is the largest we’ve ever undertaken and it will add 525 beds and so, those students living in the heart of the campus, will bring an air of excitement and it will be good for them and good for the University. We’re very excited by the opportunity to make this addition to the University campus.
