The Fitness Center offers a wide variety of equipment to help you get fit and stay fit:  treadmills, steppers, stationary bikes, elliptical machines, nautilus equipment, arc trainers, and free weights.

**When joining with a friend, both individuals must be present at time of registration to receive discounted fee.

Daily Rates: $5.00 for non-members

Certified Personal Fitness Trainers will be available by appointment to help you design a program specific to your needs. Trainer fees are just $30 per hour or receive discounts when purchasing packages of multiple appointments.
