Through the ACCESS program, participants can take undergraduate credit courses on a noncredit basis. People in business and the professions may enroll in courses to expand their skills and knowledge without being formally admitted to the University for a degree program.
ACCESS enrollment is on a space-available basis only, through Continuing Studies, and students must meet course prerequisites. Completed work is recognized though not graded, and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are awarded, provided the student has attended seventy percent of the class sessions.
ACCESS students will not be able to take credit-by-examination after taking a course for noncredit. Cost for ACCESS enrollment is seventy percent of the normal tuition for each non-developmental course.
Interested students should contact the Continuing Studies office at Kent State University at Tuscarawas at 330-308-7434.
