You are welcome to contact us by e-mail or phone with any questions that you may have. The fastest way to receive a response is to email us. 

Our staff also sees students on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  and 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are located in the Main Office of Founders Hall, just to the left as you enter the building.  We have extended walk-in hours the first two days of the fall and spring semesters and other peak processing periods. Occasionally walk-in hours may be adjusted to accommodate meetings or training for our staff.

The most important thing to do to receive financial aid is to complete your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online at www.fafsa.gov. If you have questions about certain questions on your FAFSA application we are happy to answer them. Alternatively, if you need assistance in filing your FAFSA form, please contact our receptionist at 330-339-3391 to register for a FAFSA workshop often held on Friday mornings throughout the year.
