UAB Migrates from Wimba to Collaborate to support Instructor-Student Interaction
Beginning Fall 2013, UAB will support Bb Collaborate as our primary option for live, personal interaction online and for asynchronous delivery of class content. Bb Collaborate combines features from the elluminate and Wimba systems into a single system for online, two-way communication between you and your students.

The Blackboard learning management system provides tools for document distribution, communication, and assessment as well as a host of other tools to encourage course participation.
This site provides tutorials, links to help content, and additional information to facilitate creation and deployment of courses in the Blackboard system. nd tutorials on building content, communicating with students and assessing learners under Instructor Support; student resources provide help navigating a course, managing tasks, and working with various course tools.
