Marketing Professor Simon Sheng in the Collat School of Business has earned Quality Matters recognition for his course - MK 416 (International Marketing), an indicator of excellence in online education. Quality Matters (QM) is a nationally ranked program that has gained national attention for its faculty peer review process, which utilizes three QM certified reviewers.
Collat Instructor Eddie Nabors is passionate about service learning.
During the 2016-17 school year, Nabors served as one of 12 Faculty Fellows in Engaged Scholarship at UAB, a yearlong program of workshops that brings together faculty, students and community partners to collaborate on projects that expand student learning, increase volunteerism and further UAB’s mission to improve the Birmingham community.
