UAB's Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Analysis serves the UAB community and external constituents by providing data, information, and analyses related to students, faculty, staff, programs, financial resources, and policies.Our mission is to provide data, information, and analysis for use in management, decision-making, and planning and to coordinate institutional planning and assessment activities for the UAB community and external constituents guided by the principles of accuracy, usefulness, and effectiveness.
