Resetting a Forgotten Password

You can use the above questions if you have forgotten your password or if it has expired.

Navigate to and click on “Reset A Forgotten Password.” (It may require a failed login attempt before showing this option.) Enter your link blue user ID and correctly answer the self-reset questions and click “Submit Answers.”

Your password will be reset to the UK default password. To access link blue services, use the default password to log back into the UK Account Manager and follow the prompts to create a new personal password.
