Spyware Removal Software
Note: If you believe you have spyware on a university-owned computer, please contact the IT Service Centers to have it removed. If this is a personal computer, CITS highly recommends that you remove spyware programs from your computer as soon as possible. However, you need to be aware that because of the configuration changes that spyware makes to your computer, removal of these items can cause serious system problems. Please back up any data prior to removing spyware.

Licensed Software: Windows Only
In order to download licensed anti-virus and firewall software, go to the Residential Networking Registration page, https://netreg.umassd.edu, and log in using your UMassD Logon (your email username and password). Once you have logged in, you will have access to download Symantec Anti-Virus.
