When Naglaa Gaafar-Rego '04 came to UMass Dartmouth for her master's degree in professional writing, she was both scared and excited. But coming straight to UMD from Egypt was just the beginning of Naglaa's life-changing journey. During the course of her graduate studies, Naglaa would not only obtain her master's degree, but she would also form a strong relationship with the campus community.
