To access the floating menu:

- When the Site Structure opens, you see a yellow drop-down arrow at each section.
- Mouse over the yellow arrow and you'll see the floating menu for that section.

Notice the options are now organized by "section" at the top and "content" at the bottom of the menu.

Additional details about what's new for moderators
Modify content
The Modify screens are now more user-friendly. While you modify content:
- The Site Structure now remains visible on the left side of the Modify Content Select Content screen.
- The UPDATE, PREVIEW, and CANCEL buttons now appear on the the upper right corner, in addition to the bottom right corner, of the Modify Content Update Details screen.
- Selecting UPDATE is still the typical way for T4 users to save content. This button continues to work the same way as it did before by saving your content and sending it to the approval queue.
- If you need to save content without sending it to the approval queue (for example, you're working on the content in phases), you may use the SAVE AS DRAFT option that appears when you click the UPDATE button, as shown below.
Approve content
The Details tab of the Approve Content screen is now more user-friendly:
- The COMPARE button is easier to find and has a new name: COMPARE WITH LAST APPROVED VERSION
- The APPROVE and REJECT buttons are now on both the top and bottom of the screen.
