Back to The Center Juli Parker Director Since 1995, Juli Parker has been the Director of the Women's Resource Center and Affiliate Faculty for the Women's Studies Program at UMass Dartmouth. She has a BA in Theatre/Dance from the University of Maine and an MA in Women's Studies from the University of Alabama. She received her Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences with a focus on Theatre and Women's Studies from the Union Institute & University in 2006. Kim Sylvia Administrative Assistant Kim is coming up on her 10th year anniversary working here at the Women's Resource Center. She is also the President of her union, AFSCME local 507. Initially, she also worked for two other departments in a shared capacity. During the spring semester of 2003, Kim became full time administrative assistant for the Center. When I visited the center everyone was very friendly and welcoming which made me want to be here even more.
