Mission Statement
The Department of University Relations serves as an information gateway to the campus community and its external audiences. Its mission is to provide the University with the means by which to communicate to a global audience; to provide a method for responding to sensitive issues; to provide leadership in shaping the University's public image---thus enhancing the University, its people, initiatives and goals.
