How do I get my question on the FAQ?
Enter a question on the FAQ List page, and once we answer it, if we find it will help others, we will post it as an FAQ.

How do I change font colors while editing a page?
To change font colors, highlight the text you want to change and click the and select a color. It will show up like this.
How do I link to a PDF file (or other document) it in my web pages?
- Login to the site by going to the login page
- Navigate to the page you want to edit
- Click the edit icon at the bottom of the page
- In the place you want to link to a PDF, either type the text, or find the text and highlight that text
- Click the hyperlink icon in the editor toolbar (it is the chain next to the image icon)
- In the URL box, enter ‘/docs/yourfilename.pdf’ where yourfilename.pdf will be replaced by the file you uploaded and want to link to. Remember to include the .pdf or .doc or whatever type it is.
- In the Target box, enter ‘_blank’ so that the file opens in a new window
- When you are done editing, click Publish and then Back to Website to see your changes and test
How do I upload a PDF or other document?
- Login to the site by going to the login page
- Click on the icon at the bottom left of the page to go into the toolkit
- Click on the Applications tab
- There is a link called Upload Docs. Click on that and follow the instructions to upload a document. You can then link to it as described in the Linking to PDFs FAQ.
