The Copy Center will provide a qualitative and quantitative solution that will better support your requirements.  We are committed to your total satisfaction.  We will measure our service levels through the use of surveys, as well as the constant solicitation of feedback by our Site Manager.  Continual input from you will permit us to improve our operation to consistently meet your needs.

Copy and/or Print Jobs requiring turnatound in less than four (4) business hours will be considered "Emergency Requests" and will incur an additional flat $15 charge per job.  These jobs will need to be discussed with the Site Manager to insure it may be completed in the required time based on the quantity needed and the scope of the job.
