Medical Sciences Restroom Renovation

Goal: Renovate existing restrooms to address ADA compliance issues and improve the energy and water efficiency of the facility.

The eight restrooms in the Medical Sciences Building are part of the original construction from 1976, and no longer serve the needs of a modern facility.  Work in this renovation includes replacing plumbing fixtures and/or controls, electrical fixtures, floor, wall, and ceiling finishes and toilet partitions.  New plumbing fixtures will be low flow, with automatic sensors. New lighting will be controlled by motion detectors.  Existing exhaust fans will be replaced to increase the air flow while decreasing energy costs.
