Dean's Biography

If you are looking for an innovative business program to help you excel in the global economy, please consider the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University. Over 17,000 alumni are making an impact in the Dayton Region, throughout the nation and around the world.

The faculty and I care deeply about our students, their academic success and future career opportunities. Everything we do at the Raj Soin College of Business gives our students a solid foundation to be successful and ethical business leaders with a global perspective.

We provide students with the skills businesses tell us they need: an understanding of business theory and real business issues, effective communication and critical-thinking skills, flexibility in learning new technologies, the ability to work in teams and a solid grounding in ethical decision-making.

Our curriculum is relevant and innovative because we constantly work with the business community. The result is a collaborative learning environment where students, faculty, and business leaders learn from each other. We bring the business world into the classroom through guest lectures, class projects for global and regional businesses, and our Faculty-Business Connections Program where faculty members work alongside business executives and employees.
