DEPARTMENT RESEARCH

Department of Mathematics and Statistics faculty members are actively engaged in original and state-of-the-art research projects.  Their results are regularly published in peer-reviewed research journals.  Some faculty have been awarded federal and/or state funding for their research.  The research faculty is organized around the five following groups.
