Receiving a college degree represents the culmination of years of hard work, sacrifice and dedication. Three times a year, at commencement ceremonies in the spring, summer and fall, Youngstown State University recognizes and celebrates the committed individuals who have reached their academic goals by earning a college diploma. Cap & Gown Pick-Up Information

Monday, December 8 -- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday, December 9 -- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday, December 10 -- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Thursday, December 11 -- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday, December 12 -- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, December 13 -- 10 a.m. to 12 noon

Please Note: Caps and gowns that have not been picked will be returned to the manufacturer. If you defer your graduation, you will need to reorder your cap and gown.

Important Diploma Information

Diplomas for Fall Commencement will be available for pick-up beginning Tuesday, January 6, 2009 in the Records Office, 1013 Jones Hall, from 8 - 5 weekdays. You must have a photo ID when picking up your diploma.

If you would like your diploma mailed, please go to www.ysu.edu/records and click on forms. After completing the form, print, sign and fax or mail to the Records Department. If you have questions, please contact Cathy Pokrivnak at 330-941- 2942.
