Financial Confirmation

Your course schedule for the 2012 spring semester may be cancelled if your prior balance plus 50% of current semester charges are not paid or covered by financial aid! 

Student Bills:  Students are able to conveniently access their 2012 spring student bill online. We no longer mail hard copy bills. Once bills are available, students will receive an email, via their MU Mounties email account, which will give the students step-by-step instructions on how to access their online bill. Please be sure to read all of the directions before trying to access the online bill.

Please note, changes to registration and/or housing/dining may impact your current charges. Students will be able to view their most current charges and make payment via their WebAdvisor account beginning January 4, 2012.  Students anticipating assistance from their families to cover the charges are responsible for notifying their families of any changes.

The payment due date for the 2012 spring semester is January 6, 2012. Payment of the minimum amount due by the payment due date, as indicated on your bill, will allow you to defer the remaining balance (including a $50 deferment fee) for approximately six  weeks.  Note: Payment of the total amount due by the payment due date must be made on or before January 6th to avoid the $50.00 deferred fee.  Please review payment plan options for the 2012 spring semester on the Student Accounts webpage. Information For:

Account Info:   

Visit My Accounts for your Campus Services login information for access to Email, Desire2Learn, WebAdvisor, my.mansfield, eTime, and wireless campus services. You will need your 7-digit student ID number, the last four digits of your social security number, and the year you were born in order to access this information.

New Student Account information is available for anyone registered for spring 2012. Please allow 24 hours AFTER you are registered for classes for your account information to be available.

Desire2Learn:   

Access the Desire2Learn system. Student Desire2Learn login access for spring 2012 should be available on January 10 for students registered at that time. Please allow 24-48 hours after you register before attempting to login to D2L. Once logged in, students will only see courses that faculty have made available. Many faculty do not make their courses available until the first day of the term.

Email:   

New student emails for spring 2012 are created on a daily basis for anyone currently registered. Please allow 24 - 48 hours AFTER you are registered for classes for your account to be setup. Access My Accounts for information about your new Mounties email Account. Please refer to the Account Information above for the dates that we begin creating the accounts.

TechConnect Carry-In Center:   

For problems with residence hall room computer connectivity, call ext. 5806 (campus phone) or (570)513-5806 or visit the TechConnect carry-in center in Pinecrest Manor 102.

SafeConnect:   

All residence hall students will need to register with SafeConnect in order to access the network.

WebAdvisor:   

Access WebAdvisor using your campus services username and your WebAdvisor PIN number. WebAdvisor access is available for anyone registered for spring 2012. Please allow 24 hours AFTER you are registered for WebAdvisor access to be available

PIN numbers for all New students are originally set to the last four numbers of the social security number.
Returning Students' PINs have not changed.

Faculty Webadvisor Pins are initially set to the last four numbers of the social security number and the first letter of the first and last name.

Students: If you are unsure of your username or password, access My Accounts to determine your username & initial password for WebAdvisor.

Students & Faculty: If you have forgotten your WebAdvisor password, Access WebAdvisor. Click on What's my Password in the bottom right corner of the Main Menu and then click on Reset My Password on the next screen. Follow the directions and a temporary password will be sent to your campus email address. Resetting your WebAdvisor Password Instructions
