The New Bedford Whaling Museum is the largest museum in America devoted to the preservation of the American whaling industry. Through various exhibitions, publications, and educational programs, the museum brings to life the history of the whaling era and the commitment of many individuals who gave their life to sailing, boats, and the sea.
