Maple Ridge Hall

Built in 1976, Phases 3A and 3B are mirror images of each other. Now known as Elmwood and Maple Ridge respectively, each "suite style" building has a ground floor, and 3 floors of residents. In the common area of each floor, there is a kitchen and dining room for students to share. Each bathroom contains a shower and bath/shower combination.

Elmwood and Maple Ridge each have 3 houses within each building. Maple Ridge Hall has houses 7, 8, & 9. Elmwood Hall contains houses 10, 11, & 12.

Elmwood Hall has 21 single rooms, 141 double rooms, and 18 "A" room triples for a total capacity of 357 students. Maple Ridge Hall has 19 singles, 144 doubles, and 18 "A" room triples for a total capacity of 361 student residents.
