2014 Departmental Picnic

It's time for the Departmental Picnic once again!  This year, the picnic will be held on Saturday, September 13th at the Lakeview Shelter in Silver Springs Park (Stow).  The picnic will start at 2:00pm.  The main dish - as well as the paper products - will be provided by the department, and the remainder of the picnic will be potluck.

Please fill out the form below if you plan on attending the picnic - or contact Erin Michael ( via email with this information.  The form will indicate how many attendees you will be bringing (including yourself); which main dish(es) you prefer (and how many of each); and what you will be bringing as far as a side dish, dessert or additional item.

Typical items we need consist of the following:

  • Coolers
  • Condiments
  • Cheese
  • Pop
  • Snacks
  • Charcoal, lighter fluid and aluminum foil for the grill
  • Outdoor games/activities
