Admissions Procedures (deadline: January 15, 2015)
The Northeast Ohio AuD Consortium (NOAC) is a collaborative program of The University of Akron, Kent State University and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Decisions concerning admissions to NOAC are made by the joint NOAC Admissions Committee.
To enroll in the NOAC program, students must apply to one of the participating universities. The joint Admissions Committee, consisting of faculty members from the Consortium will evaluate applications and make decisions concerning admission. The decision of the Admissions Committee is binding for both universities, regardless of the application's origin.
If a student is accepted into NOAC, but all of the available student slots are filled at the university where they applied, the application will be forwarded to the other participating NOAC university's graduate school. The student will be automatically admitted, and no additional fees will be charged. The enrollment university will be responsible for maintaining the students' transcripts and official student information. The student will register for classes and receive their diploma from the enrollment university.
