Important Graduate Dates for Spring 2015
Spring 2015 classes begin
Last day for those hoping to graduate May 2015 Graduate graduation to file approved dissertation proposal & IRB statement of approval or thesis proposal or project proposal
Deadline to apply for graduate level May 2015 graduation - $200 non-refundable late application processing fee after this date
Martin Luther King Jr. Day (no classes, offices closed)
Final date for oral defense of graduate level dissertation, thesis, or project
Last day to withdraw from any or all courses
Spring Recess (no classes, offices open)
· Submit dissertation electronically
· Submit thesis electronically
· Submit signature pages to 409 White Hall
Deadline for graduate level students graduating in May 2015 to have all incomplete grades from previous semesters cleared

"The Guidelines for Preparation of Theses and Dissertations are designed to assist students and typists to maintain the high degree of accuracy and consistency which are hallmarks of well-written documents. Prior to the thesis/dissertation process, students should familiarize themselves with the procedures described in the guidelines. It is assumed that the guidelines will be used in conjunction with the approved style guide.
Theses and dissertations follow American Psychological Association, 6th ed. as their reference guide. Graduate Assistantship Application
An appointment made by KSU to full-time graduates who display a high level of scholarship and academic excellence. The award is merit based, not need-based, and includes stipend and tuition.
