The Office of Federal Relations represents Kent State in Washington, D.C. The office is charged with coordinating university-wide federal priorities and helping to advance goals in line with the university's strategic plan. The Federal Relations Director and Special Assistant for Federal Relations serve as primary contacts for Ohio's Congressional delegation, and also work closely with The White House and numerous federal agencies. Additionally, the office serves as a resource to Kent State faculty and staff for federal issues and higher education policy.
