National Change of Address Linkage System (NCOA)

Inkjet Addressing

Kent State's ink jet engine prints addresses and barcodes on envelopes, catalogs  or cards.  Departments may forward list files via cd, flash drive or via e-mail to mail_service@kent.edu.  Excel is the preferred file format.

For questions about acceptable formats and thickness, call Mail Services at 330-672-8706.
