Located on the Tuscarawas Campus at Kent State University is an Advanced Technology Center (ATC). The ATC provides state of the art assistance through the following:

Tuscarawas Regional Technology Accelerator

As part of the initial stages in the development of the Tuscarawas Regional Technology Park, the Tuscarawas County Community Improvement Corporation (CIC), in collaboration with Kent State University at Tuscarawas and the Ohio Small Business Development Center (OSBDC), has established the Tuscarawas Regional Technology Accelerator.  Located at Kent State University at Tuscarawas, the Accelerator fosters the growth of new and existing technology companies in Eastern Ohio by connecting them to many state and national organizations who have become resource partners. Those partners include:

  • International Trade Assistance Center (ITAC)
  • Manufacturing and Technology Small Business Development Center (MTSBDC)
  • Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC)
  • Kent State University Office of Technology Transfer and Economic Development
  • Information Technology Alliance of Appalachian Ohio (ITAAO)
