UPS Package Pick-up Procedure

United Parcel Services (UPS) offers special prices to the University Community. University departments utilizing the services of UPS for small package pick-up should call the local UPS center directly at 1-(330)-630-8968 for personalized service. There is no fee for this service when using an individual department UPS account.

Departments may establish an individual account with UPS for package pick-ups in individual departments, by contacting Craig Huba, UPS Sales Support Representative, at 1-(440)-826-2651 x7916 or chupa@ups.com.  Provide a department representative's name and telephone number in your e-mail to UPS. Craig will contact your representative within two (2) working days for the necessary information to establish your department account. Allow approximately one (1) week for the new account to be created.

Calls for same day pick-up must be made no later than 3:00 p.m. Packages using a "Call Tag" are excluded from any service fees.
