August Challenge

M 6 p.m.
Free
TRX Atomic Push-up Challenge
The participants will put their knees to their chest (90 degree knee angle) utilizing the TRX straps and descend into a full push-up with the chest touching the floor. The challenge will end when the participant fails to complete a full range mot. This challenge will take place on the upper fitness floor at the SRWC. Winner from a male and female division will receive a free T-shirt.

September Challenge

Pur Motion Monkey Bar Challenge
The participants will move through monkey bars as quickly as possible, touching each bar along the way. The participant who has completed the most bars will be crowned the monkey bar champion. This challenge will take place on the upper fitness floor at the SRWC. Winner from a male and female division will receive a free T-shirt.

October Challenge

Jump-Up Burpee Challenge
The participants will perform as many Jump-up Burpees as possible in one minute. This movement consists of a traditional burpee or squat thrust in which the participant begins and ends in a standing position with an added hop in between. This challenge will take place on the upper fitness floor at the SRWC. Winner from a male and female division will receive a free T-shirt.

November Challenge
