Bleeding Orange and Black, Debbie (Adams) Nittler to be inducted into Tiger Athletic Hall of Fame Debbie (Adams) Nittler has done a little bit of everything at Cowley College. From excelling as an athlete, coaching, teaching, advising, serving as an assistant athletic director, and running the clock or working the score book at Tiger basketball and volleyball games, there is not much she has not done. Known as a program changer, Toby Anglen to be inducted into Tiger Athletic Hall of Fame Joining a Cowley College baseball team that had never won 30 games in the first 22 years of the program’s existence, Toby Anglen helped the Tigers win 70 games and capture their first-ever conference title in his two years at the school. Burroughs to be inducted into NJCAA Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame

Dave Burroughs to be inducted into NJCAA Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame Legendary Cowley College baseball coach Dave Burroughs has accomplished many things during his 30-year career as coach of the Tigers. He has won numerous conference and region titles and guided the Tiger baseball team to back-to-back JUCO World Series titles during the 1997 and 1998 seasons. He has yet to slow down after helping the Tigers to a third place finish at the 2017 JUCO World Series. Recognized for his success, Burroughs was recently notified he was selected for induction into the NJCAA Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame and will be inducted with the Class of 2018 at the JUCO World Series in Grand Junction, CO. read more

Cowley announces restructuring of soccer staff Having had success as a player and assistant coach at Cowley College, Ruy Vaz was recently named the Tiger men's head soccer coach. Roberto Dos Santos, who was the only head coach in the history of the men's soccer program, will transition into being the head women's soccer coach at Cowley College following the recent resignation of previous head coach Dane Straight. read more
