Eminent Scholar William Page’s article, “Internet Regulation and Consumer Welfare: Innovation, Speculation, and Cable Bundling,” has been published in the Hastings Law Journal. (Reprint in Faculty Lounge.) He also was quoted in the Washington Post in “Family Ties and Antitrust Whys,” regarding the government’s case against Microsoft.
