Judge Richard C. Tallman will visit UF Law, Jan. 22-23 as the Peter T. Fay Jurist-in-Residence. Tallman currently serves as an active U.S. circuit judge on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He joined the court in 2000 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton.
The UF Law Jurist-in-Residence Program was named to honor UF Law alum Peter T. Fay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Fay served as the inaugural jurist-in-residence at UF Law in 2009.
