The University of Florida Levin College of Law will be hosting its fourth National Trial Advocacy Tournament Friday-Sunday, November 3-5, on the campus of the Fredric G. Levin College of Law, 2500 SW 2nd Avenue, Gainesville, Florida. We encourage all accredited law schools to apply for a spot in the tournament. We want to provide an opportunity for talented law students from all over the country to showcase their advocacy skills. Awards will be given for best closing argument and best cross examination in addition to traditional finalist and first place awards. There will be two preliminary rounds and three elimination rounds (quarter, semi, and final). Each school may apply to send one team of four advocates. Lunch will be provided on Saturday afternoon and all participants will be treated to a banquet Saturday evening.

The deadline for applications is Thursday, August 10th, 5pm EST.
Accepted schools will be notified on or before August 17th, 5pm EST.
A registration fee of $350 will be due no later than Thursday, August 31st, 5pm EST. The fee may be paid by credit card online.
The packet will be released to all registered schools on or before Friday, September 8th.
Travel, Hotel, and other Hospitality Information will be provided soon. A block of rooms will be reserved at one of the hotels near the law school campus. We are happy to provide helpful information to all schools regarding travel arrangements and accommodations. We have been careful to schedule the tournament on a NON-Home game weekend!
